The practice is led by Ousman F. M'Bai, a Solicitor-Advocate of England and Wales and a Barrister-at-Law of The Gambia.
He was called to the Bar of England and Wales by Lincoln's Inn and subsequently qualified as a Solicitor-Advocate of the Senior Courts of England and Wales.
For more than two decades, he held senior legal positions within the public sector in the United Kingdom, specialising in serious fraud, money laundering, proceeds of crime, civil recovery and the international enforcement of confiscation and asset-recovery orders.
His professional experience has involved complex cross-border investigations and enforcement proceedings involving multiple jurisdictions.
He holds an LL.M in Banking and Finance, with specialist study in credit and securities.
The practice combines investigative, financial and strategic expertise with the founder's extensive experience of the legal and enforcement mechanisms through which assets can ultimately be preserved and recovered.
