F. Manous MCBai Advisory is an advisory practice and is not a law firm or a regulated legal practice. Where legal services are required, these may be provided separately by an appropriately qualified and authorised legal practitioner or firm, subject to the applicable professional and regulatory requirements and a separate engagement where appropriate.

The practice provides strategic, analytical and other non-reserved advisory services within the scope of its engagements.

Ousman F. M'Bai is a Solicitor-Advocate of England and Wales and is personally regulated by the Solicitors Regulation Authority in his capacity as a solicitor. His personal regulatory status does not extend to F. MANOUS MCBAI LLP or to the advisory services provided by the practice.

Where a matter requires a reserved legal activity, including rights of audience or the conduct of litigation, such work is undertaken separately by Ousman F. M'Bai in his personal professional capacity, or through an appropriately authorised legal practice or other authorised professional, as applicable.

The capacity in which any service is provided, the applicable regulatory framework and the terms of engagement will be made clear to the client before the relevant service is undertaken.
